Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage with Nyktos Aglianico Puglia IGP
Ingredients:
- 300 g orecchiette pasta
- 300 g broccoli rabe
- 200 g sausage
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh chili (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the broccoli rabe and cook it in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil with the garlic cloves. Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the broccoli rabe to the pan and cook for a few more minutes, mixing well.
- Cook the orecchiette in salted water, then drain and add to the pan with the sausage and broccoli rabe. Stir to combine all the flavors.
