The course will include the preparation of traditional Italian dishes specifically from the Lake Garda area, beginning with an appetizer of fish from the Lake; followed by the preparation of egg noodles with Limoncello del Garda; the second course, a choice of pork tenderloin or stuffed beef; and finally zabaglione cream with seasonal herbs. After so much hard work, you can enjoy the fruits of your labor with a nice lunch in good company, accompanied by 4 wines from our local production.
